Autodesk Datech Portal Migration and Immediate Action Required

Dear Valued Partner,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the extremely short notice regarding a crucial change to Autodesk Datech Portal.

Effective immediately, the existing Datech Portal (DP) has been migrated to a new, unified platform – Partner Portal (PP).

This sudden change in schedule was due to an internal miscommunication, and we understand this creates an inconvenience for your teams. We sincerely regret the disruption.

What you need to know and action required

Previous - Datech Portal (DP)

1. Your Login and Access
• Login Credentials: All users who were active and logged into the DP this year have been moved to the new PP. Your login and password on the PP will be the same as you were using on the DP.
• Immediate Access Block: All users are now blocked from accessing the old DP.
• Terms of Use (ToU): Upon first login, users will see a pop-up requiring them to accept the new PP Terms of Use (ToU).
• Grace Period: You have a 15-day grace period (starting from your first login date) to accept the ToU. The pop-up will indicate your specific deadline date.

2. E-commerce and Ordering Procedures
• New Orders: All new orders must be placed on the new Partner Portal (PP) at https://partner.tdsynnex.com/.
• Order History: No order history will be migrated.
• Open Baskets: No open baskets will be migrated.

3. Nurture Communication Settings
• Migration Status: All existing nurture actions have been moved to the new PP.
• Action Required: All actions will be inactivated by default. Each user must access this area to double-check the migrated actions and individually activate them back if desired.
