Registration
To sign up as a reseller and apply for an account on Tec D Marketplace, simply follow these steps:
- Click on the "SignUp" button.
- You can also click here to access the sign-up page directly and begin the application process.
- Once completed, your application will be sent to us for verification & approval.
Tec D Marketplace provides the following features:
- Browse and purchase: Users can easily explore and buy product offerings available on Tec D Marketplace.
- Stay updated on promotions and events: Users can stay informed about the latest product promotions and upcoming events through the marketplace.
- Accessibility across devices: The marketplace can be accessed conveniently on a PC, also available on mobile devices.
- Anytime, anywhere convenience: Users have the flexibility to access the marketplace at their preferred time and from any location.
Any reseller or business owner who currently holds an active account with Tec D Distribution (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is eligible to sign up for an account on the Tec D Marketplace.
If you are not a Tec D Reseller yet, please refer to the FAQ titled "Reseller Account Sign Up Guide” for guidance on creating a marketplace account.

Typically, only the business owner of the company is eligible to register for an account. However, if you are not the business owner but have the authority to register on behalf of the company, you can do so by uploading a signed Authorization Letter during the registration process. You can find a template for the Authorization Letter on the registration page.
Unfortunately, you will need to register individually for each company if you wish to make online purchases on Tec D Marketplace. Separate registrations are required for each company you want to manage and make purchases for.
To update your information in the event of any changes, you can access the "My Account" settings. Within the "My Account" section, you will find options to modify and update your details as needed.
Once you login to your IMP account, click on your username, click on “My Account”, under “Address Book”, Click on “Request Change Billing Address”, update your latest billing address and click on “Submit”. Your request will then be received and processed by our team.
To change your billing address on the Innovix Marketplace, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Tec D Marketplace account.
- Click on your username or profile icon to access the account menu.
- Select "My Account" from the menu options.
- In the "Address Book" section, locate the option labeled "Request Change Billing Address" and click on it.
- Update your latest billing address details in the provided fields.
- After entering the new billing address, click on the "Submit" button.
- Once submitted, your request will be received and processed by the IMP team. They will make the necessary updates to your billing address based on your request.
To add a subuser to your Tec D Marketplace account, you can access the "Manage Users" within the "My Account" section. From there, you have the ability to add and remove subusers as needed. This allows you to have multiple individuals associated with your account, each with their own login credentials and permissions. Feel free to make changes to your subuser list whenever necessary.
Certainly! As the Business Owner, you have the ability to add new subusers to your Tec D Marketplace account through the "Manage Users" section in the "My Account" area. When adding subusers, you can assign different authorization roles to each of them.
By selecting the "Key Personnel Representative" role, the subuser will have full access to submit orders without any additional authorization. On the other hand, if you choose the "Authorized User" role, the subuser will only have the ability to select items and add them to the Shopping Cart. However, the final step of submitting the cart for order placement will require your authorization.
This allows you to customize access rights and control the level of autonomy each subuser has when it comes to submitting new orders in Tec D Marketplace.
Have you verified the accuracy of your password? In case you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page to initiate the password reset process. If you are still unable to access your account even after setting a new password, we recommend reaching out to your account manager or contacting us at my-marketplace@groups.mytecd.com for further assistance. Our team will be glad to help you resolve the login issue.
